cyc_ai No county is a city

I don't know why but Cyc is asserting some false thing lately.  Some cities are countries like Singapore.  Also what universe it is asserting about I am not sure, is it saying that no city can be a country?  It also asserted that all businessmen frequently wear suites which is an outdated assertion.  I wonder if you can challenge Cyc data?  Anyone know?
